How to Report an Issue with a Host

At Viv Élevé, every guest should feel welcomed, respected, and inspired. If your experience falls short of that standard—due to host behavior or a serious misalignment with what was promised—we want to hear from you. We take all concerns seriously, and your comfort and safety are paramount.

When to Report

  • The host does not show up, and the experience is not delivered
  • The host violates boundaries or behaves inappropriately
  • The experience delivered is a clear, material departure from the listing
  • You experience harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions
  • The host's behavior violates Viv's Terms of Service

How to Report

  • Contact Viv Concierge Immediately: Use the site concierge form or email concierge@vivelve.com to submit your report. Our team is available 24/7 and will respond promptly.
  • Be as Specific as Possible: Include helpful details to support your claim:
    • Host's name
    • Experience title and date
    • A clear description of what occurred
    • Any screenshots or supporting evidence

What Happens Next

Our team will review your report with care and confidentiality. If misconduct is confirmed, the host may be permanently removed from the platform. In serious cases, we may also notify law enforcement. You always have the right to escalate any issue to local authorities, and we will support you in doing so if needed.
